  • Horizontal machines: add an Omal, HOMAG or Gannomat horizontal boring machine in Admin, Machines, send parts to it from Programs, and download its job list and part labels
  • Folding doors: Hettich WingLine L in the catalog, and a door can fold on it from the Door tab, with its hardware listed and its holes drilled
  • More lift systems: Blum AVENTOS HL, HS and HF top; HF top splits the door into two stacked fronts on Blum's own hinge set

Before you cut, door operations, sink skirts

  • Holes with no drill: a machine can cut holes with a router bit when no drill matches. Off by default, with a Hole sizes card showing which holes each machine can make
  • Door standards can carry pull and hinge holes, with overrides for a project, room or cabinet

  • Cut sizing: let the machine's own tool table size each cut, the way most shops' programs already run, with a finish allowance. Schlabach's SCM M400 now cuts this way to match its own programs; Anderson Selexx offers it once the tool table is loaded and a test part is cut
  • Paid support calls: a call type is free or charged at one hourly rate, and support can send a "Pick a time" link, free if we choose
  • Chat inside a support call, kept on the call's page next to the recording and transcript
  • Add people or add time during a call without leaving the room
  • Material maps can apply to a construction type or a standard, each with its own default

  • Support calls stand on their own: a Calls tab and a page for each call, apart from messages. Anyone who cannot use computer audio can call in by phone with their own PIN. Staff run them from Support admin, with call types and scheduling
  • Deleting a library item now shows where it is used and offers a replacement, and a project missing an item says so before it goes to output
  • Ask Grainwork reads your help articles, the changelog and the glossary, and you can rate an answer
